Avtec, Inc., the nation’s leading independent provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) dispatch console systems, will highlight its latest technologies in booth #635 at the International Wireless Communication Expo (IWCE) in Las Vegas on March 29-30.

“As a leader in the console industry for nearly four decades, our clients tell us what matters most to them is customizing dispatching screens to their exact needs; integrating with new digital and legacy communications technologies; and unwavering product reliability,” said Avtec Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales John Rosati. “Clients also wanted a simplified solution for system maintenance, security, support, and Windows compatibility testing, which we’ve solved with our ScoutCare service program.”

The booth’s theme, “More of What Matters,” showcases Avtec solutions including the Scout platform with integrated mapping, automatic vehicle location (AVL), and broadband PTT applications along with new specialized Avtec USB speakers, microphones, jack boxes, and foot switches. The Mini SIP console – powered by ScoutLink also will be featured. This simplified four-channel dispatch solution can replace trading turrets and consolettes and be deployed anywhere users need an easy way to monitor and talk on dispatch resources.

Avtec will participate in Harris’ booth (#1329) as key part of their DMR ecosystem offering. The showcase will include a Scout console integrated with Harris’ EnableLocation application – powered by Tait. This solution integrates voice, mapping, and data for faster, more informed, decision-making. Avtec VoIP technology can be seen in action throughout the IWCE exhibition hall at:
