Norbert Haslacher becomes new Chief Executive Officer for Frequentis

FREQUENTIS AG this week announced changes within the executive board. CEO and company owner Hannes Bardach will move to the supervisory board in mid-April 2018, Norbert Haslacher will become new Chief Executive Officer. For 35 years, Hannes Bardach has held operational responsibility at Frequentis. In 1983, he joined the company as managing director, and in 1986, he took over the company shares. At that time, Frequentis was a small Viennese company with 36 employees and a turnover of EUR 4 million. Since then, Frequentis has continuously grown and today is a globally active group of companies with more than 1,700 employees in over 50 countries. "In the future, as an active owner and chairman of the Supervisory Board, I will work closely with the Executive Board and contribute to tasks critical to success for the corporate group," Hannes Bardach says. His special focus is on strategy and New Business Development.

The move from the Executive Board to the Supervisory Board has been planned for some time. Bardach looks back on a long-standing and successful cooperation with his current board colleagues. Hermann Mattanovich and Sylvia Bardach remain in their current responsibility as CTO and CFO respectively. The future three-member board has his full confidence to drive further international growth of the Frequentis Group.
